Following each talk, its important for me to take 10 minutes out of the schedule to meditate…YES, I can meditate standing up! Using all 5 senses, listening, seeing, smelling, tasting and touching. Love it.

Apart from being cost effective, they cook together, eat together, exercise together…and of course planning for 2019.

What a refreshing and cohesive approach to talk to the Leadership team from Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Operations at their 2019 Planning day.

It’s important to practice what I preach and take some time out for myself. What a better way to relax than going to the Test Cricket for a couple of days. Loved it!
