“Compassionate Conversations” is a session designed for individuals and leaders of teams that would like to feel confident when supporting a person during a difficult period in their lives that may be affecting their Mental Health.

This session aims to empower you with the knowledge and skills to initiate compassionate and supportive conversations with those facing mental health challenges.

The purpose of this session is to equip you with the confidence and understanding to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health. By fostering an environment of empathy and support, we can break down barriers and create a culture of acceptance and understanding.

This interactive session will include attendees getting involved by role playing real-life scenarios that have been carefully selected to ensure we keep the room safe.

Starting conversations about mental health requires courage, empathy, and understanding. By breaking down stigma, practicing active listening, and offering support, we can create a culture of acceptance and support for those facing mental health challenges.
